* Turn the jersey inside out before washing.

* Wash in cold water (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle.

* Use mild detergent only.

* Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

* Wash separately from items with zippers/Velcro to avoid snags.

* Air dry on a hanger or flat; no dryer.

* Keep out of direct sunlight while drying to prevent fading.

* If needed, cool iron inside out (never on prints/numbers).

* Spot clean stains gently with mild soap and water.

* Store in a cool, dry place.
